The work

Another extension project coming together. We were brought in to remove an existing window and the lower section of wall to open up the new space. Once that was done, we left the client to board and plaster before returning for the next stage.

Back on site, we tiled the floor and dry-fitted a flat-pack kitchen with oak worktops, which we also oiled.

Installed 3 radiators in the extension

Completed second fix in the shower room

Fitted a full-length shower tray and riser kit

Installed a black thermostatic shower with screen

Fitted toilet and sink unit

All completed to the client's plans. We'll be back in a few weeks to fine-tune the design and install bespoke boxing-in, skirting, and architrave throughout.
